Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: January 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Insurance ERP Platform ("Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
The Platform is designed for insurance agencies, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), insurance agents, and customers. Your use of the Platform is subject to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Platform Services
The Insurance ERP Platform provides:
- Insurance quote generation and comparison across multiple providers
- Customer relationship management (CRM) for insurance agents
- Softphone calling capabilities for agent-customer communication
- Campaign management and lead distribution
- AI-powered underwriting and risk assessment
- Policy management and aggregator-backed policy issuance
- Multi-tenant architecture for agencies and DSAs
Services are available for Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Life Insurance, Travel Insurance, Property Insurance, and General Insurance categories.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Different user roles (SuperAdmin, DSA Admin, Agency Admin, Agent, Underwriter, Customer) have different access levels and responsibilities. Users must comply with their role-specific terms and use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes.
4. Insurance Products and Quotes
Quotes provided through the Platform are estimates based on the information you provide. Final premiums and coverage terms are subject to underwriting approval by insurance providers.
The Platform aggregates quotes from multiple insurance providers. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or terms of any insurance product. All insurance policies are issued by licensed insurance providers, not by the Platform.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, store, and process personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Call recordings, customer data, and business information are stored securely. Multi-tenant architecture ensures data isolation between different agencies and DSAs.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Insurance ERP Platform and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
Insurance ERP Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or insurance products obtained through the Platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
