Outreach that stays inside the rules

Build audiences and sequences for calls, messages and email, then let the platform check eligibility again at the moment of every send.

Illustrative interface with sample data.

Approval at launch is not permission at send time

A campaign approved on Monday may include someone who opted out on Tuesday, a contact whose quiet hours have started, or a number that has already been contacted too often this week. Checking eligibility only when the campaign is created is not enough.

In EAIBAP, every outbound action passes through the policy engine immediately before it runs. The decision, and the reason for it, is stored with the attempt, so you can show later why a message was sent or blocked.

How a campaign runs

Define the audience

Segment from CRM data. Preview count, suppression impact and estimated cost before launch.

Build the sequence

Steps, delays and exit conditions across channels, using versioned, approved templates.

Approve and schedule

Managers approve. Volume caps and sending windows are set.

Check, send, learn

Eligibility is re-checked before every step. Replies, opt-outs and conversions update the sequence and attribution.

Controls

Consent and suppression

Per channel, purpose and jurisdiction. One opt-in never authorizes every channel.

Contact windows and caps

Quiet hours, frequency caps and customer-configured volume limits.

Kill switch

Stop a campaign, a channel or all outbound activity immediately.

Stop conditions

Sequences stop automatically on reply, opt-out, complaint, invalid contact or conversion.

Template governance

Versioned templates with preview, test sends, approval and audit history.

Attribution

Follow a lead from source and campaign through response, appointment, opportunity and outcome.

Personalization without invention

Messages personalize from real records only. The platform does not fabricate facts or imply relationships your data does not support, and enrichment is limited to authorized sources with provenance kept.

  • No scraping or circumvention of provider and channel rules
  • Provider rate limits respected automatically
  • Reply classification and meeting booking hand off to the CRM

Frequently asked questions

Does EAIBAP make our campaigns legal?

No software can. EAIBAP enforces the consent, suppression, timing and frequency rules you configure, and records the evidence. Legal requirements vary by country, channel and use case, so your policy configuration should be reviewed by your own counsel.

Can we run SMS, email and voice in one sequence?

Yes, where the relevant provider integrations are configured. Each step is checked against the rules for its own channel.

What if a contact opts out mid-sequence?

The opt-out becomes a suppression record immediately, and later steps are blocked at send time.

Can we buy lists and upload them?

Imports are supported, but each record needs a recorded source and lawful basis or consent status. Records without them are blocked from outreach until resolved.
