Integrations that respect your source of truth
APIs, signed webhooks and connectors that make clear which system owns each field, and keep working when providers misbehave.
Connections

Integration building blocks
REST APIs
Versioned, documented with OpenAPI, with cursor pagination, idempotency keys, rate limits and consistent errors.
Signed webhooks
Timestamped, signed bodies; replay protection; retries with jitter; delivery history and manual redelivery.
Connectors
Mappings, sync direction, conflict policy and health monitoring for CRM, telephony, messaging, billing and core systems.
Credential safety
Credentials are stored as references in a secret manager, with scoped access, rotation and revocation.
Outbound allowlist
Outbound destinations must be approved, which limits server-side request forgery and data exfiltration.
Health and alerts
Last successful sync, error rate, quota status and reauthorization alerts per connection.
Decide who owns each field
For every synchronized field, document the answers below. EAIBAP stores them with the mapping.
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Which system is authoritative? | Prevents silent overwrites and arguments about whose number is right |
| Which direction does data flow? | Read-only, write-back or two-way, per field |
| How are conflicts resolved? | Defined behavior instead of last-write-wins surprises |
| What happens during an outage? | Retry, queue, reconcile or fail closed |
| How is deletion handled? | Retention and erasure must reach every copy |
A connector is supported when it is tested
We do not list a connector as supported until contract tests and operational failure paths are verified. Sandbox credentials and dry-run modes are used where providers allow.
- Idempotent inbound processing and deduplicated outbound delivery
- Original provider IDs and schema versions preserved
- Mock providers for development and CI

Frequently asked questions
Do you have an API?
Yes. Versioned REST APIs described with OpenAPI, plus signed webhooks. Access is authenticated and authorized per scope.
Can you integrate with our core system?
Typically yes through its API or an integration layer. Scope, field ownership and failure behavior are agreed during onboarding.
How are webhooks secured?
Each request is signed with a shared secret, carries a timestamp and event ID, and is rejected if stale or replayed.
