AI assistants that answer from your approved sources

Upload policies, product terms and scripts, and let agents and staff retrieve answers with citations, never from guesswork.

Illustrative interface with sample data.

Retrieval you can trust and audit

Retrieval-augmented generation lets an AI assistant look up information instead of relying on memory. It only helps if the right people can retrieve the right documents, and the answer says where it came from.

EAIBAP applies tenant and document-level access control to every chunk, embedding and cache. Documents have owners, versions, effective dates and retention policies. Expired documents are not treated as current authority, and retrieved text is always treated as data, never as instructions.

Capabilities

Safe ingestion

Type and size validation and malware scanning before anything is indexed.

Access-controlled retrieval

Tenant and document permissions enforced when retrieving, not only when prompting.

Citations

Answers reference the document and version. Retrieved facts, inferred summaries and missing information are distinguished.

Freshness rules

Effective dates and expiry so outdated policies do not answer today’s questions.

Re-indexing and deletion

Derived embeddings and caches are re-indexed or removed when a source changes or is deleted.

Retrieval logs

Document IDs and versions are logged for troubleshooting without copying sensitive content into logs.

Prompt-injection resistance. Documents, web pages and transcripts are untrusted data. They cannot override agent policy, change tool permissions or trigger actions on their own.

Frequently asked questions

Which file types are supported?

Common document types are validated and scanned on upload. The supported list is confirmed during onboarding and expands over time.

Will the AI mix information across customers?

No. Retrieval is filtered by tenant and document permissions before any text reaches a model.

Can answers be wrong?

Any language model can produce errors. Citations, freshness rules, evaluation suites and human review for high-impact answers reduce the risk, but they do not remove it. Critical facts should come from systems of record.
